Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AskAura (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Sven Labs ("we," "us," or "our").

Description of Service

AskAura is a voice-first AI astrology platform that provides personalized cosmic guidance based on your birth chart, current planetary transits, and astrological events. The Service uses artificial intelligence to interpret astrological data and provide conversational guidance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using AskAura, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated responses—are owned by Sven Labs or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Astrological guidance is for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise).

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sven Labs and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sven Labs from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Subscription and Payment

Certain features of AskAura may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sven Labs operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
